How long do I expect my order to be delivered?

All ordered products will be delivered after 14 WORKING DAYS. We manage all the deliveries of all products, and ongoing dialogue will be conducted to confirm the start of production, midway through and expected completion. We will email you to notify you once your delivery has been dispatched. Please note delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during hectic periods like Christmas and UK bank holidays.

Can I come to the workshop purchase and collect my product to avoid a flat rate delivery charge?

The option to collect and make a payment at our workshop is also available; our workshop is in Camberwell/Brixton on 51 Lilford Road, The Remakery. If you order online, then want to personally collect the product. The initial delivery fee attached to the online order will be refunded back to the original account used to order the product online. Customers will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. You will be notified with an email once the delivery fee refund has been processed.

Everything on the website is set made furniture, can I order custom made items?

Custom builds are also available to be made; quotes will differ depending on the complexity of the design. Customer can send over designs and images of products their would like executed. A deposit of 50% on quoted designs is required. Payments can be made via, bank transfer, online via invoice2go or in the workshop in-person. A purchase order will be raised once all parties are happy with the price, lead-up times and deposit. Please note: Once a purchase order has been sent and the deposit has been made, we cannot process any refunds if you want to cancel after this date.

Are the dimension and furniture images exact interpretation?

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes. Although we have made every effort to display the colours precisely, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours correctly or match the colour of the Products. The Products that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, the measurements that are shown, including weights, and dimensions are all approximate only.
