Returns and Refund Policy

What if I’m not happy with the way the product looks when it arrives?

Our up-cycled products enable you to shop ethically and purchase beautifully designed furniture. We're sure you will like it, but if you don’t, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A collection fee will be applicable for collection, check collection chargers below. After 30 days of the date of delivery will not accept processing a refund for purchase. Please note: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it, in order for us to recollect. Products modified from its original build will not be applicable for refunds/returns.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives, or you are sent the wrong item?

All furniture is thoroughly checked to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is extremely rare. We expect you to also inspect your product upon delivery, a form will be required to be signed confirming that your product appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If you’re not happy with the products after inspecting it, let the delivery driver know or note this on the form and contact us. If you only realise after the delivery that you're not happy with the quality, or if we've sent you an incorrect item, just contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess your complaint and notify on the alternatives option, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you have a sudden change of heart, and you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 working days from date of order.  Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Once your email has been sent, we will send you a Returns/Refund number (RRN) and arrange for collection and refund to be processed.

Collection Chargers (What we charge to collect items)

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or being sent the incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs, the arrangement will be made to collect item. If, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery has been made, you will need to pay the collection costs. You will be refunded product cost and delivery charge minus the collection fee.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Refund will take approximately 5-10 business days, depending upon your bank.
